The living room has the fireplace, two leather sofas and the TV (satellite with UK ‘freeview’ channels DVD video and TNT satellite with European channels). There is also a dining area with a sofa bed and two sets of patio doors opening out onto the garden. The kitchen is modern and has a fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is separate a utility area with a washing machine and dryer. The main bedroom has a double bed and patio doors. The second bedroom (sleeping 4 if necessary) has bunk beds and a separate bed with a sliding bed underneath. Both bedrooms have a view to the sea. Central heating is available in the winter months at an extra cost of 60 euros per week. One set of linen and towels is included. There is ample parking and turning space by the house. There are electric gates out onto the road. An English lady acts as ‘guardienne’ and lives nearby. The house needs to be left clean. The guardienne can arrange this if you do not wish to do it. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
Le salon a une cheminée, deux divans de cuir et la télévision (le satellite avec le TNT sat et le Royaume-Uni ‘freeview’ dirige le vidéo de DVD). Il y a aussi un coin repas, un canapé-lit, la pièce est dotée de deux portes de patio ouvrant sur le jardin. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec lave-vaiselle, un micro-onde et un réfrigérateur-congélateur. Il y a une buanderie avec un lave-linge et un séche-linge. La chambre principale a un lit double et une portes de patio. La deuxième chambre (4 couchages) contient des lits superposés et un lit gigogne. Les deux chambres à coucher ont une vue sur la mer. Le chauffage central est disponible les mois d’hiver moyennant des frais supplémentaires (60 euros par semaine). Il y a un grand parking et des portails électriques. La gardienne habite tout près et elle est de nationalité anglaise. Cette location est non-fumeur et les animaux domestiques sont interdits.
